The Twin Cities Curling Association was born out of a dream to start a second club in the Twin Cities area back when the St. Paul Curling Club was the only dedicated ice facility with membership and leagues essentially full. This made it difficult for new curlers and to grow the sport. A history page explaining how the TCCA went from those early years of trying to organize and create a new club to the organization that it is today, supporting and growing curling within the six (and counting) Twin Cities area affiliate curling clubs is coming soon. Stay tuned!

The Mission of the organization is “to foster the sport of curling in the Twin Cities.” This broad mission is what allows this non-profit organization to be flexible and adapt its projects and funding to support the current needs of our growing curling community here in the Twin Cities area. The current executive administration has focused on three main areas of need that have been identified and shared by all affiliate clubs’ leadership teams. Those areas are: New curler recruitment/communications, Curler retention/skill building, and financial grants (seeking to find where the needs are greatest).

The Leadership team is a very passionate group of volunteers that are dedicated to the sport and community of curling. See their photos and bios below
